With the growing concern around COVID-19 we want to ensure everyone that we are taking the necessary steps to ensure the safety of our customers and employees. We have been closely monitoring the situation and have been enacting guidelines set by our local government to ensure the safety of our employees and customers.
There is a growing global and local concern around COVID-19 and we are doing our best to assist our health care system by flattening the curve and protecting our customers. Though Alberta has relatively few cases and risk of contracting the virus remains low, we are supportive of the government’s measures to reduce the spread of the Corona Virus.
Our employees take care of you, and we are committed to taking care of them. We are providing our employees with the most up to date information and guidelines from government and health authorities to support their well-being.
To our customers and staff: if you are sick at all, or if you travelled at all in the last 14 days, please self isolate. Call the office, and we will reschedule your meeting. All travellers, especially any travel by air, should self isolate completely for a minimum of 14 days.
Here are some of the thing that Pond Pro is doing to combat the spread of COVID-19
- We ask that customers place orders over the phone or through our website instead of coming to our store (We do offer free shipping on orders over $100)
- If you have to stop by the store, we are limiting customer access to one customer in the store at a time per half hour. This allows our staff adequate time to sanitize between customers, and allows for ample social distancing
- Please call ahead and we can arrange for curbside pick up to minimize contact
- We are ensuring that hand sanitizer is widely accessible, and are reminding all of our employees and customers to sanitize and wash their hand frequently
Just like you, we are doing the best that we can to navigate these uncertain times as they continue to evolve. We are working hard to help protect the well-being of our customers and employees. They are facing uncertainty, and we are offering our support, flexibility, and understanding to help manage both their health and peace of mind.
