If you are looking to claim warranty, or have a repair done on a product purchased, please fill out the below form stating:

• Product Model Being Sent (Example: Kasco KM-60 1/4hp Compressor)
• Product Serial Number
• Purchase Date

* Please only send the part that it is in need of repair, and remove all other items (floats, accessories, etc...). A fee of $150 will be added for product dismantling and cleaning if this is not done prior to you shipping us the product.
