If you are looking to claim warranty, or have a repair done on a product purchased, please fill out the below form stating:

• Product Model Being Sent (Example: Kasco KM-60 1/4hp Compressor)
• Product Serial Number
• Purchase Date

Please send all items in need of repair to:

* Please send contact information and return address along with your shipment

* You will be responsible for shipping the unit back to us

* Please send only the part(s) necessary for repairs and remove all other items (floats, accessories, etc.). If the product is not dismantled and cleaned before shipping, a $150 fee will apply for disassembly and cleaning.

*For Kasco units, please include the cord and Kasco control box, but remove the float and/or mount.

*If sending an oscillator, do not include the circulator and vice versa—unless both need repair.
