Lorne Louden offers over 25 years of experience in the lake management and aquatic health industry. As a University of Alberta graduate, Lorne has offers consultation services for aeration, de-icing, fountains, and other water management projects. With the expansion of Pond Pro as a company, Louden has worked extensively in the field of designing, installing, and maintaining large aeration systems and water management plans throughout Canada and offers his expertise in detailed proposals to improve water quality.
Fern Louden is a company owner who has been a part of Pond Pro Canada since its establishment. As finance manager, Fern is curcial to our business, handling all matters relating to purchase orders, certifications, account payments, and account statements. Fern also assists in sales and customer service, giving recommendations and plans of action for improving pond health for our customers.
Michael brings over 15 years of production experience and 10 years of management expertise to his role as Warehouse Manager at Pond Pro. He oversees daily warehouse operations including shipping, inventory, and production, keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. Known for his quick wit and endless dad jokes, Michael keeps the warehouse atmosphere light and positive while maintaining a strong focus on organization and productivity. Outside of work, he enjoys waffles topped with whipped cream, peanut butter, and the occasional sliced banana.
As our dedicated Warehouse Manager, Jodie plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of our logistics. Jodie dedicates her time to overseeing logistic operations, including preparing shipments, managing inventory, creating purchase orders, and coordinating with team members. Known for her organizational skills and positive work environment, Jodie ensures smooth warehouse operations and her efforts to keep the energy high and morale positive are evident as she ensures there is always music playing to boost the atmosphere. .
As a graduate of the University of Alberta, Jennifer Lenherr is one of Pond Pro Canada’s in-house biologists and consultants for pond and lake management, wastewater treatment, and aeration designs. Jennifer also holds a Certificate in Sustainability from the University of Alberta, to help incorporate environmental, economic, and socially sustainable practices within each project. Jennifer has been with Pond Pro since 2020 working as project manager on numerous bubbler system projects and installs for municipal wastewater facilities, pulp and paper mills, government groups, and more.
Jaden has been a dedicated team member at Pond Pro for over seven years, bringing a wealth of expertise and a strong work ethic to the team. Specializing in manufacturing and welding, Jaden excels in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing our products and systems. Jaden’s hands-on experience makes him an invaluable asset to the company, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standards. Whether it's a complex installation or a tricky repair, Jaden's technical skills and problem-solving abilities consistently deliver exceptional results.
Lily first joined our team as a summer student in 2024 and quickly became an asset with her enthusiasm and fresh perspective. After graduating with a degree in Biological Engineering in 2025, she made the move from Ontario to Alberta to continue with Pond Pro full-time as a Project Coordinator. Passionate about helping customers with their pond challenges and contributing to the design of new products, Lily brings both technical expertise and creativity to her role.
Lisa has been an essential member of our team for the past 2 years, working diligently in our warehouse to ensure smooth operations in shipping, packaging, and manufacturing. Her warm and welcoming demeanor makes her the heart and soul of our warehouse, creating a friendly and inclusive environment for everyone. Lisa’s commitment to excellence and her caring personality ensure that our products are handled with the utmost care and attention.
Amelia, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Environmental Sciences from the University of Alberta, joined the Pond Pro team in 2020. At work, Amelia leads our water testing department, oversees product testing, handles shipping, and assists French-speaking customers. Through her completed and ongoing research projects at Pond Pro, Amelia contributes to enhancing our understanding, ensuring top-notch product quality, and providing valuable insight to our customers.
