To achieve optimal aeration, it's essential to provide 1 cubic foot per minute (cfm) of airflow for every 20-40 feet of tubing. The Pond Pro Bubble Aeration Tube is engineered to perform exceptionally well with 100-200 feet of tubing when paired with a 1/2 HP compressor, such as the KM-120 or CA-125 models. For installations exceeding 200 feet, we recommend using Sinking Airline to maintain efficiency and performance.

For smaller ponds, you may find that a compressor with lower horsepower is sufficient. Please note, we advise against using linear air compressors, as they are not designed to handle the pressure required for long-term use with bubble aeration tubes.
