Our installation team is currently off-site for a major project, affecting our availability. While we can't receice samples immediately due to freshness requirements, you can still place orders and receive your water sampling kits. If you order, we will email to inform you when we resume accepting and processing samples.

For each water testing service, we consider your pond's chemistry, location, uses, your budget, and goals for effective pond care that’s right for you.

Note: Each water testing package covers testing for one body of water. For multiple bodies of water, please order the corresponding amount of testing packages.

Optional Add-ons

1. Complimentary phone or email consultation to discuss your results with one of our biologists.

How to get your water tested

After ordering our testing package and completing the water testing consultation form, you'll receive collection bottles, insulated shipping box, and a return label. Simply collect your water sample, send it back to us to be tested! You'll receive a comprehensive report with results, recommendations, and a treatment schedule after our biologists test your water.
