Kasco Marine Industrial Dock Mount with Simple Swivel for 1.5" sch 40 Pipe
The Kasco Marine Industrial Dock Mount with Simple Swivel is designed for mounting compatible Kasco de-icers and circulators on docks, pilings, walls and other waterfront structures in demanding environments. Constructed with corrosion-resistant stainless steel components, the Industrial Mount provides a strong, adjustable installation for directing water movement where it is needed.
The patented Simple Swivel bracket allows the installed unit to rotate, making it easier to redirect water flow without repositioning the entire mount. The unit can also be lowered, angled and positioned in several orientations to suit circulation or de-icing requirements.
Pipe Required: This mount uses a customer-supplied 1.5 in. / 40 mm nominal threaded or unthreaded pipe with a maximum recommended length of 10 ft. The Kasco unit and mounting pipe are not included.

Installation & Use
The Industrial Mount can be installed on a dock, piling, wall or other suitable waterfront structure. A customer-supplied 1.5 in. / 40 mm nominal threaded or unthreaded pipe connects the Kasco unit to the mount and allows its operating depth and angle to be adjusted.
Kasco recommends that the mounting pipe not exceed 10 ft. The base plate is secured to the structure using eight customer-supplied 5/16 in. lag screws or suitable mounting bolts.
Once installed, the patented Simple Swivel bracket allows the unit to rotate so water flow can be redirected toward the desired area. This provides additional flexibility for circulation and de-icing applications where operating direction may need to be adjusted.
Drill-Free Installation Option: Kasco's optional U-bolt Kit, Part #997108K, can be used instead of lag screws when attaching the mount to a suitable piling without drilling. The Industrial Mount requires two U-bolt kits.
