Application Rates & How To Use
Application rates are intended to support responsible use in pond applications. Always follow the product label directions. Before applying to fish ponds, confirm that water chemistry is suitable for treatment, including pH. Do not exceed the recommended application rate.
For Large Ponds:
Apply 115 kg (250 lbs) of QuikClear per
every 1,000,000 gallons (~ 4,000,000 L)
of pond water.
For Small Ponds:
Apply 1/2 cup (~ 125 g) of QuikClear per
1000 gallons (3785 L) of pond water.
Application rates are intended to support responsible use in pond applications. Always follow label directions and water quality precautions. If desired clarity is not achieved, treatment may be repeated after 3 days, provided label directions and water quality precautions are followed.
Water will initially turn milky white, but should be clear by the next day.

Important to note
- Tannin-related discolouration may improve shortly after application, depending on water conditions
- Some particles may take up to 3 or 4 weeks after treatment to settle.
IF APPLYING TO FISH PONDS: Note that the pH of the water in fish ponds should be between 6.5 & 8.2. Mixing floc with water at a pH of 8.2 or higher can be toxic to fish and may reduce the efficiency of the product
